General information

Each learning path combines theoretical learning modules and practical activities to provide a comprehensive understanding and encourage concrete actions.

1. We recommend completing these learning paths over a one-year period, with one activity per quarter.

2. A progressive discount applies based on the number of activities selected (10% on the second, 15% on the third, and 20% on the fourth).


For example, for 30 participants in the Waste learning path:
   • With the learning path: €8,175 excl. tax
   • Without the learning path: €9,360 excl. tax

Coastal Development and Erosion Learning Path



From 15 to 50+


1 year


This learning path combines theoretical modules and practical activities to provide a comprehensive understanding and concrete actions aimed at preserving coastal areas.

Learning Path Objectives

  • Raise Awareness: Inform about the causes and consequences of coastal retreat, erosion, and submersion risks.
  • Educate: Provide in-depth knowledge on coastal dynamics and sustainable development techniques.
  • Act: Encourage concrete and lasting actions to protect and restore coastal zones.

Learning Path Structure

This learning path consists of three main activities:

  • 30-minute module on "Erosion"
  • Role-playing game: A participatory activity where participants take on the roles of different stakeholders involved in coastal management (local officials, environmentalists, real estate developers, residents, etc.). They must negotiate and make decisions to balance development and coastal protection.
  • Dune restoration: Removal of invasive plant species or planting of marram grass (oyats) to strengthen dune ecosystems.
