Climate Training in 3 key points

1. Understand the scientific issues

The climate training is based on a pedagogical foundation built on the latest knowledge about global warming, planetary boundaries, biodiversity changes, and the Ocean's essential role in climate regulation. Using tools like the Climate Fresk, participants identify the links between greenhouse gas emissions, human activities, and climate disruption within a structured sustainable development training framework.

2. Identify concrete actions

Through hands-on workshops, the training enables teams to analyze their carbon footprint and define priority low-carbon actions. The educational tool Carbochoc helps categorize actions based on their environmental impact. These exercises foster informed decision-making tailored to each business sector. This approach can be further enhanced with complementary formats from Act!, such as DIY workshops or environmental quizzes, to support a consistent sustainability journey.

3. Develop a low-carbon action plan

Each participant is invited to draft an individual action plan aligned with the company’s environmental goals. This deliverable serves as a monitoring tool, useful at a collective level to strengthen the organization’s climate strategy. It integrates with other internal CSR initiatives and can be complemented by activities like educational walks or waste collection events to broaden the climate awareness experience.
